Free standard delivery on orders R999+ after discounts. For smaller orders, it’s a flat R99 anywhere in South Africa.

We use your merchandise subtotal after discounts to calculate free standard delivery. We currently deliver within South Africa only.

You’ll complete payment through Yoco’s secure checkout. You enter your card details there; The Bear Cave doesn’t see or store them.

Yes. Use Return a product here, or Returns in the menu, to send us a request within 14 days of delivery. For a change-of-mind return or exchange, keep the item unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging.

Once we’ve approved your request, we’ll email you the return address and instructions. You’ll need to arrange the return after receiving them.

Received the wrong item or something faulty? Let us know in the form so we can help put it right.

We’ll email your order confirmation once payment is confirmed. When it’s on its way, you’ll get another update with your Aramex tracking details.

Can’t find the email? Check your spam folder, or message us on WhatsApp and we’ll help you check your order.

We use Aramex Store-to-Door. We lodge your parcel at a retail drop-off point; Aramex collects it and delivers to your street address. You don’t need to collect it from our kiosk.

1. We prepare your parcel. After payment confirmation, we protect your items, seal them in an Aramex sleeve and register your delivery details on its waybill.
2. Aramex collects. Collections are normally Monday–Friday at 15:00, subject to the drop-off point’s cutoff. A lodged parcel may wait until the next collection. Tracking can appear before collection; that alone does not mean it is moving.
3. You receive tracking details. The Bear Cave emails your waybill number when your order is dispatched. Aramex may also send email or SMS updates where your details are registered and notifications are enabled. Check your spam folder; you can track online without waiting for a courier message.
4. Track, then receive. Enter the waybill number on Aramex Store-to-Door to see progress. It is different from your Bear Cave order reference. Delivery is to a street address, not a P.O. Box, and requires a receiver’s signature. Our estimate is 2–5 working days after collection; remote areas may take longer.

Tracking missing, unchanged or showing a delivery issue? Send your order reference and waybill number on WhatsApp or email support. We’ll help you check with Aramex.
